Naturaleza de la marca de certificación. La marca de certificación busca generar incentivos para la formalización y fortalecimiento de micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas lideradas por mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad, y los demás colectivos de mujeres y empresas lideradas por mujeres que identifique, reglamente y defina el Gobierno nacional en el marco de las políticas públicas sobre la materia; quienes podrán acceder de manera voluntaria y gratuita a la certificación de bienes y servicios que produzcan o comercialicen.
