. De la vigencia del plan ofrecido por una E.P.S. Las condiciones para la prestación del Plan Obligatorio de Salud ofrecidas por una Entidad Promotora de Salud referentes a copagos, cuotas moderadoras y períodos mínimos de cotización, así como todas las demás que se ofrezcan al afiliado, no podrán ser modificados antes de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha de afiliación a la E.P.S.
