CAMBIO DE ESCALAFON. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales del escalafón regular que de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 13 de este Decreto, sean inscritos en el escalafón complementario, no podrán volver o pertenecer a aquél ni ascender al grado inmediatamente superior.
