º. Conforme lo prescribe el ordinal 3º. del artículo 587 del citado ordenamiento, toda solicitud de marca deberá formularse con tres ejemplares que la reproduzcan en idéntica forma; cuando se trate de distintivos, se acompañarán muestras de los mismos en igual número, adheridos todos a sendas hojas del papel sellado. Se adjuntará asimismo, un grabado o clisé que corresponda exactamente al objeto de la respectiva solicitud, con las mismas dimensiones fijadas para los modelos y dibujos industriales.
