TRANSPORTE DE PASAJEROS EN LOCALIDADES SITUADAS DENTRO DE LA JURISDICCION DE UNA MISMA CAPITANIA. La autorización para la prestación del servicio público de transporte de pasajeros entre localidades situadas dentro del área de jurisdicción de una misma capitanía se tramitará conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior y además el solicitante deberá anexar los siguientes documentos

Concepto favorable de la Oficina Regional de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo.

Autorización de la Oficina Regional del Inderena, cuando el servicio incluya localidades que hayan sido declaradas como parques naturales.
