Los profesores de las escuelas, institutos y establecimientos militares, serán pagados por las horas de clase que dicten, a razón de un peso con cincuenta centavos 1-50 por cada hora.

Parágrafo

Es absolutamente prohibido nombrar a una misma persona para dictar más de dos asignaturas en las escuelas, institutos y establecimientos militares, ya se trate de profesores civiles o militares.
