Los municipios, en cumplimiento de la Ley 12 de 1986 , el Decreto 77 de 1986, y la Ley 60 de 1993 , tendrán a su cargo la construcción, administración, mantenimiento y adecuación de los respectivos escenarios deportivos. El Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, dará la asistencia técnica correspondiente.
