El artículo 74 del Decreto - ley 955 de 1970 queda así: Artículo 74. Orden de avalúo. EL juez, en el auto cabeza de proceso, o luego, al día siguiente de la aprehensión, ordenara el avaluó de la mercancía y de los demás efectos retenidos, por perito designado de conformidad con las normas legales.
