Art. 27. Desde que se fije el primer edicto de que trata el artículo 25, se publicara copia de el en el periódico oficial del departamento, por tres veces cuando menos, y si a pesar de este llamamiento no comparecieren los demandados, trascurridos treinta días se les nombrara por el juez un defensor con quien se seguirá el juicio.
