Las oficinas de responsables del Erario Nacional están obligadas a enviar a la Corte dentro de los cinco días siguientes a cada mes, una lista especificada de las remesas hechas a otras oficinas o entidades en el mes inmediatamente anterior. La Corte de Cuentas podrá castigar con multas de uno a diez pesos a los responsables que no cumplan con este deber, multas que se impondrán por la Presidencia de la Corte, y que se cobraran sin más requisitos, siempre que no fueren reclamadas dentro del tercer día después de la notificación de la providencia.
