Articulación con el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. El Ministerio del Interior impulsará procesos de coordinación con el Ministerio de Educación Nacional para fomentar, en el marco de las competencias de dicha cartera, la promoción de competencias ciudadanas, cultura de paz y resolución pacífica de conflictos dentro del sistema educativo, así como la eventual incorporación de los contenidos de la política en procesos de educación formal y no formal, en articulación con las secretarías de Educación.
