El artículo 12 del Decreto 1520 de 1978 quedará así: ELECCIONES DE DIRECTORES. Con excepción de los representantes del Gobierno, los Directores de las Cámaras de Comercio, serán elegidos directamente por los comerciantes inscritos o afiliados de la respectiva Cámara, según el caso, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 81 del Código de Comercio, en asamblea que para este efecto sesionará cada dos (2) años por derecho propio, aplicando el sistema de cuociente electoral.
