º A los suscriptores y usuarios se les prestará servicios residenciales y no residenciales. Los residenciales son aquellos destinados a las unidades familiares, a las zonas comunes de los conjuntos habitacionales y a los establecimientos de beneficencia. Los no residenciales son los que se prestan a las unidades económicas, dentro de las cuales se entienden incluidas las entidades oficiales, eclesiásticas, de utilidad común o interés social y demás asociaciones de derecho privado.
