°. Bonificación. El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Regulación Financiera (URF) tendrá derecho a percibir la bonificación de dirección creada en el Decreto número 3150 de 2005 y para efectos de reconocimiento y pago se estará a lo dispuesto a lo establecido en el inciso 2° del artículo 1° del Decreto número 2699 de 2012 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen. Esta bonificación no constituye factor para liquidar elementos salariales o prestacionales, ni se tendrá en cuenta para determinar remuneraciones de otros empleados públicos.
