Consejo de la Medalla. El Consejo de la Medalla Militar “Servicios Distinguidos a la Administración, Planeación, Desarrollo e Incorporación del Talento Humano en la Armada Nacional” estará conformado por:

Presidente:

Comandante de la Armada Nacional o su delegado.

Vicepresidente:

Segundo Comandante Armada y Jefe de Estado Mayor Naval.

Vocales:

Jefe Jefatura de Estado Mayor Naval de Personal.

Jefe Jefatura de Desarrollo Humano Armada Nacional.

Secretario:

Director de Personal Armada Nacional.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de las funciones y atribuciones de los miembros del Consejo se aplicará lo establecido en el artículo 2.3.1.3.6.2. del presente decreto.
