De los archivos notariales. Las notarías podrán transferir sus archivos de valor histórico al Archivo General Notarial que se cree para el efecto.
El Archivo General de la Nación en coordinación con la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, acordarán las medidas pertinentes para la creación del Archivo General Notarial.
