Certificación. Como consecuencia de lo anterior y conforme al artículo 2.2.2.40.1.8. del Decreto 1074 de 2015, las Cámaras de Comercio certificarán la protocolización del documento de constitución de la ESAL en su país de origen y sobre la constitución de apoderado de la ESAL en Colombia de las entidades de que trata el presente capítulo. Las cámaras de comercio certificarán sobre la inscripción de la ESAL extranjera con negocios permanentes en Colombia en los términos establecidos en la Circular 100- 000002 del 25 de abril de 2022 y sus modificaciones.
