Las Administradoras Indígenas de Salud, ARSI, y Entidades Promotoras de Salud Indígenas, EPSI, que actualmente se encuentren operando en el régimen subsidiado y las que se llegaren a conformar, deberán acreditar que como mínimo el 60% de sus afiliados pertenecen a pueblos indígenas tradicionalmente reconocidos de conformidad con la Ley 691 de 2001.
