º El artículo 4º del Decreto 1030 de 1985, quedara así: "Si se establece la prohibición de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto y con una misma conducta se infringe esa prohibición y una cualquiera de las previstas en el artículo 2º, la sanción será, en todo caso, de arresto inconmutable por treinta (30) días para cada uno de los ocupantes de la motocicleta".
