Artículo noveno . Modifíquese el artículo 47 del Decreto 421 de 1982, así: Los vendedores del juego de Apuestas Permanentes están obligados a elaborar correctamente los formularios, llenando todas las casillas correspondientes de manera clara y legible, sin tachaduras, enmendaduras ni borrones y liquidando en forma precisa la totalidad de la apuesta. En el caso de anulación de un formulario, éste deberá ser devuelto al concesionario con su respectiva copia.
