Para llevar a cabo la citada compra, se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para contratar un empréstito hasta de seiscientos mil pesos, pagando hasta el 7 por ciento anual; o para abonar a la misma Compañía el siete por ciento de interés anual sobre seiscientos mil pesos, si ella conviene en vender el ferrocarril de Bolívar a la Nación.
