Para obtener en lo sucesivo cualquier empleo público en la Nueva Granada, con jurisdicción i autoridad política o judicial, solamente se exijen las cualidades siguientes: 1ª la del artículo 152 de la Constitución: 2ª la de vecindad requerida por la lei 7ª, parte 2ª, tratado 1° de la Recopilación Granadina, siempre que se trate de empleo oneroso con cejil, i 3ª las demas que sean de precepto constitucional.
