Art. 25. Las horas de trabajo diario en la Secretaría serán de las 10 de la mañana a las 3 de la tarde; salvo el caso en que por exijirlo asi el buen servicio, sea necesario prolongarlas, pues entónces serán las precisas para dar evasion a los asuntos que motiven la prolongacion.
