Redención del título pensional El artículo 8º del Decreto 1887 de 1994 quedará así: El título pensional se redimirá cuando ocurra alguna de las siguientes circunstancias

Cuando el trabajador cumpla la edad que se tomó como base para el salario de referencia.

Cuando se cause la pensión de invalidez o de sobrevivencia.

Cuando la entidad emisora decida entregar el efectivo a cambio del saldo del título a la fecha.

Cuando el trabajador cumpla los requisitos para obtener una pensión de jubilación o vejez.
