° Cuandoquiera que patrones y obreros resuelvan someter las disputas que surjan entre ellos a la decisión del consejo de Trabajo de que habla el artículo 11 de la ley 73 de 1927, deberán manifestarlo por escrito, concretando los puntos que hayan de ser materia del fallo y presentado las pruebas que estimen necesarias.
