Control equipos. El Gobierno Nacional a través de la autoridad competente, adoptará los mecanismos necesarios para el control y sanción a los responsables por el uso, ingreso o fabricación al interior del país de equipos que no cumplan lo dispuesto en los dos artículos anteriores.
