Son deberes del liquidador los estipulados en el Código de Comercio y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia. Para efectos de informar a los acreedores sociales del estado de liquidación en que se encuentra la sociedad; una vez disuelta, publicará aviso en un periódico que circule regularmente en el lugar del domicilio social, el cual fijará en lugar visible en las oficinas de la respectiva Regional del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, por un período no menor de quince (15) días.
