Responsabilidad para practicar diagnostico en zoonosis . Los Ministerios de Salud y Protección Social y de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural con sujeción a sus competencias propias, garantizarán la práctica del diagnóstico en zoonosis por laboratorio hasta donde lo permitan la disponibilidad y complejidad de las técnicas y métodos de diagnóstico de laboratorio, así como los recursos para este fin.
