El despacho de que trata el artículo anterior puede también librarse a cualquier funcionario en cuya oficina se halle original o en copia auténtica el documento del cual se va a hacer uso, con tal que en el asunto en que obre o haya obrado no esté redargüido de falso, circunstancia que demostrará la contraparte, si quiere aprovecharse de ésta.
