El Consejo de Estado fijara los honorarios que correspondan al Fondo de Estabilización por las labores que requiere el cumplimiento de la presente ley, y los gastos que ocasionen los procesos administrativos contemplados en el artículo 9°, todo lo cual será descontado de la suma que el Fondo deba entregar al Tesoro Nacional.
