En la fecha del vencimiento del semestre en el cual se causa la obligación contraida, conforme al literal d) del numeral 2 del artículo primero, la entidad financiera que ha garantizado el Título, por cuenta del deudor o en su condición de garante, deberá pagar al poseedor del mismo el valor de la cuota respectiva, adicionado con los intereses correspondientes.
