ARTICULO 85. JUNTA DE LICITACIONES. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 41 del Decreto-ley 1901 de 1990, la Junta de Licitaciones para la adjudicación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular estará conformada por los siguientes funcionarios vinculados al Ministerio de Comunicaciones: El Secretario General, quien la presidirá, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Jefe de la División de Finanzas y el Jefe de la División Administrativa quien actuará como Secretario de la Junta. El Presidente de la Junta podrá invitar a participar con voz, pero sin voto, a los jefes de otras dependencias del Ministerio de Comunicaciones para concepto técnico, respecto de la licitación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular.
