º El personal que resulte absuelto, tendrá derecho al reintegro de las sumas no pagadas por el otro medio sueldo, durante todo el término de la suspensión. Para hacer efectivo el reintegro, se dictará la respectiva resolución por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, y el pago podrá efectuarse con la copia debidamente autenticada, de esta providencia.
