Los establecimientos o lugares de explotación comercial o criaderos de los animales en áreas urbanas, deberán cumplir con las condiciones sanitarias y ambientales, según el caso, descritas por la ley y la normativa vigente sobre la materia, en los casos de la excepción prevista en el artículo 2.8.5.2.37 del presente decreto.
