Art. 22. Los miembros del Ejército que tienen derecho á pensión por antigüedad en el servicio, de conformidad con las Leyes 149 de 1896 y 21 y 37 de 1904, procederán inmediatamente á formar los respectivos expedientes, para que se les reconozca y pague la expresada pensión.
