Dictar medidas acerca de la adquisición, sustitución o reparación de muebles u elementos destinados a las representaciones diplomáticas y consulares; b). Formular recomendaciones en relación con la adquisición, arrendamiento o reparación de los inmuebles destinados al Servicio Exterior, teniendo en cuenta los estudios y programas que al respecto prepare la oficina de planeamiento, coordinación y evaluación.
