Cuando se suministre la información de que trata el artículo 40 de la presente Ley, no habrá lugar a ningún tipo de responsabilidad para la persona jurídica informante, ni para los directivos o empleados de la entidad, en concordancia con el artículo 102 del Decreto - ley 663 de 1993.
