Criterios para la provisión de vacantes. La Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, al momento de realizar la convocatoria, deberá adoptar y publicar mediante acto administrativo los criterios que utilizará para proveer los cargos vacantes de docentes y directivos docentes en los establecimientos educativos.
