Ley 88 de 1931 · Por la cual se adopta el plan de carreteras nacionales

Igualmente liquidará el Gobierno los gastos que han hecho los Departamentos en vías consideradas nacionales, con anterioridad a la presente Ley, siempre que sean debidamente comprobados y cuando esos gastos se hayan verificado de acuerdo con la autorización legal necesaria. Las sumas a que asciendan dichos gastos serán incluídas en el proyecto de ley a que se refiere el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

Quedan derogadas todas las leyes que autoricen a los Departamentos para hacer inversiones en vías públicas por cuenta de la Nación.
