Art. único. Autorízase al Gobierno de Antioquia para que se ponga en ejecución la Ordenanza 8.ª (de 9 de Julio de 1888), expedida por la Asamblea departamental, en la cual se dispone la construcción de una obra pública en el Municipio de Aguadas, y se destina para ella hasta la suma de diez mil pesos del Tesoro del Departamento.
