La solicitud de restitución se sustanciará con audiencia de quien promovió la declaración de quiebra y de cualquier otro acreedor que se oponga a ella, y se considerará un término hasta de quince días para pedir y practicar pruebas, dentro del cual se recibirá los conducentes que se presenten por las partes, y vencido este término se resolverá dentro de los tres días siguientes.
