ARTICULO 12. CUBRIMIENTO DE LA REDES DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. Las redes de telefonía móvil celular interconectadas entre ellas o a través de la red telefónica pública conmutada permiten un cubrimiento nacional. La expansión de las redes de telefonía móvil celular está determinada por los planes de expansión del servicio a que hace referencia el artículo 35 de este Decreto. Tanto las redes celular A, como las redes celular B, deberán comportarse como una red única, de cubrimiento nacional.
