Considerando la propiedad accionaria de "Mineros del Chocó S.A.", y su situación de insolvencia, en desarrollo de los objetivos previstos en el artículo 1o. declarase disuelta y ordenase la liquidación de "Mineros del Chocó S.A.", en la forma prevista en la presente Ley.
