Los efectos del embargo y secuestro preventivo que tengan por fin asegurar el pago de un crédito, de conformidad con el artículo 280, se suspenden por el embargo y secuestro de los bienes en juicio ejecutivo con el mismo fin, o de concurso, y se terminan en absoluto por el remate en los mismos, siempre que el deudor sea el mismo.
