Artículo 1º El parágrafo del artículo 16 del Decreto-ley 2344 de 1971, quedará así:

Parágrafo

El cargo de Gerente del Servicio Aéreo a Territorios Nacionales, Satena, será desempeñado por un Oficial Superior o General de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, de Vuelo, de Infantería de Aviación o del Cuerpo Logístico, en servicio activo o en retiro
