Art. 2.° Los seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) destinados al Hospital, su aplicarán en la presente vigencia económica, con preferencia, a la compra de ropa para los enfermos, i de una cocina de fierro que necesita urjentemente el establecimiento, i se declaran estos objetos libres de los derechos de importación, para lo cual dictará el Poder Ejecutivo las disposiciones convenientes.
