Sanciones para el perito renuente. El perito que se niegue a aceptar el nombramiento, a desempeñar el cargo o no cumpla los deberes que este le impone, sin comprobar alguna de las causales de excusa previstas en el artículo 226 de este Código, será sancionado por quien haya hecho el nombramiento con multa hasta de cinco mil pesos, quedando con la obligación de cumplir.
