Adopción de formatos. Para la aplicación de las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, expedirá los formatos e instrucciones de reporte de información en un término no mayor a diez (10) días hábiles, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
