Vencido el término de fijación en lista o en el término probatorio según el caso, procederá el Magistrado sustanciador, elaborar y presentar el respectivo proyecto de fallo, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes y la Corporación dispondrá de un tiempo igual para pronunciar la decisión.
