Los Acuerdos del Directorio se tomarán con el voto favorable de por lo menos cuatro del total de Directores que asistan, con excepción de los relativos a la determinación de los porcentajes indicados en el artículo 10, literal c), para los cuales se requerirá, además, que no haya voto negativo.
